Solicitor - Real Estate 0-2PQE
We are recruiting for a property lawyer looking to join one of Exeter's top law firms, with the opportunity of working within a busy, reputable and successful department. The role will focus on a range of high value and interesting areas of Real Estate. Ideally with 0-2 years PQE, you will be keen to progress your career further within a dynamic and progressive environment and want to take your career to the next level. We are looking for someone ambitious, with excellent communication skills, while you'll also have a good basic level of commercial property experience behind you. This will be working on commercial property matters that consist of high value, high quality work, both within the private and public sectors. This will involve working with national developers, social housing providers, investment companies, waste operators, FE Colleges and local authorities on matters relating to commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising... so as you can tell, the work is diverse, interesting and challenging. You will be provided with excellent training, while there are genuine opportunities to progress your career further. Tasks will include:
Acting for well known property developers on a range of matters relating to energy and waste projects, as part of a wider real estate team
Working to deadlines within a team environment
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
Skills and experience sought:
Previous fee-earning experience within commercial property law
0-2 years PQE
