Lamb de-boners required

• GBP18.00ph employed

• GBP21.00ph self-employed

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (usually 45-50 hours per week)

• 110 Lamb and mutton per hour, team of six butchers and two trimmers

Lamb Trimmers required

• GBP14.00ph employed

• GBP16.50 self-employed

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (usually 45-50 per week)

Skilled Abattoir required

• GBP18.00ph fully skilled on all abattoir line

• GBP21.00ph self-employed fully skilled on all abattoir line

• GBP16.00ph experienced employed

• GBP19.00 experienced self-employed

• 110 Lambs/Tups per hour

Accommodation available close to the site if required, English an advantage but not essential.
