Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Executive to work for our well-established client, based in Cannock (WS11).
This role will require a confident and motivated individual who is comfortable calling new clients and promoting the business. The ideal candidate for this role is a "people person" who is motivated for the whole team to succeed - there is a great bonus structure in place for team players.
Career progression is possible for the right person.
The successful candidate will join a friendly team who have fun at work but still get the job done.
Salary: GBP20k basic and OTE GBP25-GBP30k
Hours of work: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract - Temporary to Permanent
Location: Cannock (WS11)
Start date: Immediate start
Duties include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls (you will be required to complete 80-100 calls daily)
* Inputting customer information correctly onto the database
* Handling emails
* Maintaining regular contact with existing clients
* Booking disposal collections requested by clients
* Adding new relevant prospects to the database
* Researching new business/clients and building relationships
Successful candidate:
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Good people skills
* Be able to communicate with all levels of customers
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised and reliable
* Ability to maintain client relationships
* Self-motivated
* Good sense of humour
