The Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Data Administrator to join our Client at their offices in Tewkesbury.

The Company: This privately owned company has an impressive growth record, predominantly through online channels, developing and marketing products on a global basis from facilities in the UK, Germany and the USA. In recognition of the company's expanding export business it was awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise and Export in 2015. 2020 saw the Company's biggest growth year to date in both North America, Europe and the UK.

For this Sales Data Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

?? Process sales orders

?? Email box management

* Tracking - providing tracking information to customers by email or portal upload

* Spreadsheet management - management of central spreadsheet for all sales orders for out of stock, order entry, out of stock, shipment, tracking, additional charges and invoicing

* Liaise with supply chain team for inbound stock updates and increases in demand for items

* Work closely and be in contact with our distribution centres on a regular basis via email and calls to ensure smooth order processing

* Processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office

* Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger data inputting and allocating on Sage 200

* Customer Service - Phone, email & customer portals. Handling warranty claims, returns and shipment errors

* Review content and analysis data on resellers websites

* Reporting - Daily stock levels, reoccurring customer issues

* Filing & general office duties
