We are thrilled to be assisting our Cirencester based client - manufacturers of electronic solutions - in recruiting a Sales Order Processor to join their friendly team. The purpose of this job is to facilitate smooth and profitable production and help with the administrative duties within an electronics manufacturing operations office.

This position will initially be on a 6 month basis as cover, however, for the right candidate, a permanent position will be considered.

Responsibilities:

* Entering purchase orders onto the system as a sales order.

* Filing sales orders into their respective folders.

* Altering sales orders where necessary to suit rescheduled dates.

* Liaising with Team Leaders and updating Customers on their deliveries.

* Take notes from management meetings and distribute accordingly.

* There are other general administrative jobs that need to be done on a regular basis such as scanning of documents and helping in other departments if needed.

* Covering the phones on certain days of the week will also form part of this job.

Skills/Requirements:

* Attention to detail.

* Experience within an office environment.

* Knowledge of ERP/CRM Systems.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
