Finance Administrator - Credit Control / Rocester / Permanent / GBP21,000 - GBP23,000

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Rocester looking to recruit for a Finance Administrator who will responsible for credit control and debt recovery.

This is a permanent opportunity, looking to provide an excellent benefits and salary package of GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 dependent on experience.

The business operate of a working week of 8.30am - 4.45pm.

This has the potential to move really quickly, so if it's of interest please do let me know.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Administration and services relating to defaults, insolvencies and bad debt.
• Ensuring the collection of payments, including maintenance of direct debits.
• Issuing assignment documentation and rescheduled agreements.
• General administration, issuing reports and updating databases.

Key Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong B2B experience
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• Team player
• A 'can do' attitude
