SF recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG business based in Leicestershire, for a HR Advisor who is particular experienced in Employee Relation workload cases.
This is for a three-month temp contract whilst they are recruiting for a HR Advisor.
You will support the Head of HR and Employee Relations & Engagement Manager to define, drive and deliver the people plan.
One of your focus points in this role will be to improve employee engagement and contribution to build a more unified, collaborative culture and working environment across the business. You will also support the development of a positive employee relations climate, by providing expert advice in the management of ER issues through the application of HR and other organisational policies and procedures.
What does the role involve?
You will:
- Provide guidance and advice on all ER matters providing managers with support on employee concerns ensuring all cases are managing effectively and in-line with relevant policies and legislation.
- Facilitating workshops to develop people management capability within the organisation
- Support the Employee Relations & Engagement Manager with the review and improvement of ER practices and processes
- Assist with organisational change programmes
- Support the Employee Relations & Engagement Manager to design and deliver initiatives to drive employee engagement and improve retention.
- Be our Wellbeing Ambassador for the business and assist with the implementation of the wellbeing strategy
