Are you looking for a new opportunity, ready for a challenge? Rehabilitation Services are looking to recruit Recovery Workers to our newly developed Community Rehabilitation Team. The service aims to provide bespoke, intensive and individualised care to service users living with complex, enduring mental health problems to enable them to live fulfilling lives to their full potential.
As a Recovery Worker you will be working creatively and flexibly with a small number of people, promoting choice and independence and supporting achievement of their own goals in line with care plans. You will have the support and supervision from a Multi-Disciplinary team of nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers and medical staff,
The team will offer a seven day a week service over extended hours with the service initially piloting in Salford with roll out to North and Central Manchester localities thereafter.
