Accounts Assistant / Temporary / Burton-on-Trent / GBP20,000 - GBP25,000
Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Burton-on-Trent looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who can come in and hit the ground running in a new role.
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 2 months, paying an equivalent salary of up to GBP25,000 for the right candidate.
The business operate on a flexible working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for that new challenge where they can really get their teeth stuck in.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of payment runs
- Inputting and scanning purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Posting of transactions
- Posting and reconciliation of cashbook
The right candidate will have:
- Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience dealing with multiple finance software's
- Brilliant communication skills
- Loves to get stuck in to a new challenge
