We are looking to speak to experienced Account Managers with B2B experience, preferably experience within the consumer goods industry. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading organisation.
Salary - GBP30-35k plus great benefits
Some of the duties will include:
- Be a key contact for customers
- Responsible for customer relationships from the point of purchase.
- Manage ongoing engagement to help drive retention and enhance value for customers
- Work with the events team to create solutions for customers
- Present company services via online demos and face to face meetings
- Provide high quality customer feedback to support product development
- Develop strong customer relationships to effectively up-sell and cross sell
- Ongoing development of assigned accounts
- Drive new business opportunities
- Accurate forecasting
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Previous experience within the consumer goods industry
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Previous B2B experience
- Great team player
- Flexible approach to work
