You will be responsible for the administration of the council’s bereavement services therefore exceptional customer care skills are required as you will be the first point of contact for all bereavement enquiries.
Additional duties include taking bookings for burials from funeral directors, arranging cemetery staff to prepare graves and preparing cemetery accounts.
This is an office-based role at Willerby Depot for 37 hours per week.
