Temporary Administrative Officer/Receptionist

Grade: 5 (SCP 5-6)

Whole Year/Term Time: Term Time plus 5 days

Hours per Week: 30 hours (8.00am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday)

Salary: £13,580 - £13,852

Contract Term: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

To start as soon as possible,working 30 hours per week (8.00am-3.30pm Monday to Friday), term time plus 5 INSET days on a fixed term contract until 22 nd July 2022, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual to work within our administrative team.

Applicants must have a polite, welcoming and professional manner and be able to work both independently and as part of the administration team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional, calm and friendly approach.
  • Excellent administrative knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including parents/carers, students, visitors and staff.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence in using Management Information Systems, and an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Motivated, innovative, adaptable and enthusiastic in all aspects of your own work.
