Parts & Service Advisor - After Sales Department
Workington, Cumbria
up to GBP27,000
Plus Pension Scheme + Manufacturer Training
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday + 8.30am - 12pm Saturdays on a rota

The Parts & Service Advisor Opportunity:
This will be a dual position covering a Parts & Service Advisor role in our busy After Sales department.
You will form part of a small tight knit team where we require a team player with outstanding customer service skills.
About you:
+ The ideal candidate will need to have knowledge of both Service and Parts, having worked in both departments within a motor trade dealership setting.
+ You'll be motivated, enthusiastic, helpful with a can-do attitude
+ Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
+ You'll be well presented with the resilience and drive to succeed
+ A commitment to learning and developing within this new role as it evolves.
+ You'll be computer literate
+ A full clean driving licence is essential
