Aspire People are looking to recruit teaching assistants in the Stafford area with a passion for SEN. We are looking for experienced teaching assistants, who can encourage, motivate, and support children within the classroom so that they can access the curriculum with ease and bridge the present gap.
The roles we are recruiting for can be ad hoc day to day, short term, and long term. This gives you the opportunity to work across several schools which can lead to longer-term roles.
We are looking for candidates with strong personalities and experience with challenging behaviour who want to utilise or gain experience in SEN schools.
What is expected of you:
*Hold the relevant qualification
*Support classes as directed
*Be able to build positive relationships
*Be flexible
*Experience with challenging behaviour
*Strong personality
*Follow the policies of the school including behaviour
*Take an active role within class
*Work collaboratively with other members of staff
