SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service advisor for a family-owned business in Corby. This company has a great culture, and they look after their staff. Thet are looking to recruit a friendly, experienced, and professional Service Advisor.
THE ROLE:
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner
- Upsell products & services confidently to the customer to gain their trust
- Make reminder calls to customers and add on the notes to the system
- Source and negotiate the best prices
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat/return business
- Assist with customer collection / drop off appointments as required
- Produce quotations and invoices for customers
- Take customer payments for work carried out
- Update customer's details as required via our online systems
- Excellent communication skills required to be able to effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues through various channels
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail required to enable accuracy of information and communication
- Be able to use own initiative and possess good organisation skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Have an enthusiastic and conscientious approach to the role
- Be a hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive individual
- Full training and support will be given to the right individual
Additional Info:
Salary negotiable and it will be between GBP22,000 to GBP25,000 plus commission so OTE could be up to GBP30,000
Working hours are 9 hours each day, to be worked between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on a rota basis. For more information or to apply please email (url removed) or apply directly via this advert
