Role: Customer service agent

Salary: ???27K p/a + benefits (AL, healthcare insurance, free car park)

Relocation: up to ???1200

Location: Limerick, (Remote / wfh during the pandemic period)

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers either by telephone and email
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
