Our client is seeking a Pitch Systems Administrator to join there International Pitch team in Central London, Holborn.
You will be joining their international Pitch Team, within their central marketing & business development Team. This will include working alongside senior stakeholder across the company and being data driven and sales focused.
What you will be doing:
• Taking ownership of the credentials processes - collecting and maintaining credentials, case studies and biographies in our content management system, Loopio.
• Helping to keep our content fresh and consistent by setting up appropriate review cycles and meetings with subject matter experts around the firm
• Being our 'go to' expert for all things Loopio - looking for ways to enhance how the firm uses it, helping to develop and maintain our 'How to' guides as well as other training opportunities
• Updating opportunities on the firm's OnePlace CRM system
• Assisting the team in the project management of large strategic pitches
• Being a central point of contact for the MBD team for pitch related queries
• Revenue generation: supporting the day to day running of strategic pitches
• Supporting the pitch and wider MBD team in the production of up-to-date, consistent and on-brand pitch documents (using Word, Powerpoint, Loopio)
• Supporting on large strategic pitches; organising and attending meetings, printing all relevant documents, taking capture notes where required and updating internal bid process documentation
Your technical skills:
• It would be really good to have previous experience of working in a professional services environment, but it's not a deal-breaker
• Strong writing skills, editing ability and proficiency in MS applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent administration skills
• We really want someone who is tech-savvy and excited about really understanding and getting to grips with the platform we're using.
