We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at the world's largest Rock School and help change children's lives for the better. Rocksteady Music School have been delivering inspiring music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band.

As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the delivery of Rocksteady's global digital marketing strategy, including social media advertising, Google advertising, CRM integration, email marketing, SEO for blog content and website updates.

We are looking for a highly analytical individual, with proven experience in creating meaningful digital campaigns that have seen a strong return on investment. The work at Rocksteady will be full funnel, from awareness, through to conversion and retention.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing all aspects of the marketing data and how it integrates into one dashboard within the CRM.

Preparing accurate reports for senior leaders of the business on our digital marketing efforts, including tracking partnership marketing.

Running our regular social media and Google ad campaigns, regularly optimising them based on intelligent analysis.

Developing and managing our campaign budgets.

Supporting our Marketing Assistant with email marketing, offering best practice campaign management and automation improvements.

Evaluating our website traffic and identifying opportunities for the business.

Updating website pages with content, ensuring best practice SEO.

Skills and Experience:

Planning and organising
Experience in creating ad campaigns with a strategic purpose, planning budgets, segmenting audiences and applying appropriate creativity. Working closely with stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. We are a fast-paced business, so strong skills in coordination of campaigns and channels is important.

Analytical skills
Proven knowledge of best practice analysis of data, from advertising results to website traffic and email marketing. The ability to identify opportunities for new campaigns or new data sets to grow market presence.

Social media advertising knowledge
Experience in working in ad platforms for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, from still creative to video ad campaigns, working with specific ad targeting and experience in using both daily and campaign budget limits and bidding.

Google advertising experience
Knowledge of keyword optimisation, and experience in working within Google's search advertising, as well as creating contextual display ad campaigns.
Team player
Flexibility in this role is important due to the nature of some reactive content we need to produce. You will also need to work with multiple departments to deliver effective campaigns

Communication skills
A strong communicator with the ability to talk confidently about key results and deliverables to internal stakeholders, and partners at all levels.

A full-time salary position working daytimes during the week with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
