We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team at our Listowel site. The primary role is to support the Material and Warehousing teams.

This is a permanent, full-time role. Closing date: January 28th

• Providing administrative support and coordinating activities within the materials and warehouse team.
• Responsibility for managing / processing receipts, invoices and documentation for key consumables such as pallets and non-BOM requirements
• Stepping up to support the team when required, particularly for holiday cover
• Co-ordinating forklift leases, recording contracts and invoice management
• Warehouse stock reconciliations
• Other general duties

• Ideally a background in materials and MRP planning
• A clear understanding of stock management
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• Ability to take instruction and work on own initiative
• Attention to detail
• High level of numeracy
• Strong Microsoft skills, particularly excel and power point
