About the role


We are looking to hire a Material Call Off to join the Supply Chain team at our Listowel site. The primary role is to manage and Call Off order information generated via SAP and work with internal and external partners to ensure these are fulfilled.

This is a permanent, full-time role. Closing date: January 28th

Key responsibilities

  • This role will take key responsibility for administrating the quantities of product purchased from suppliers across the world in line with Kerry group purchasing policy
  • Capturing and accurately maintaining order information using SAP. From order to invoicing
  • Liaising on a daily basis with suppliers, the Production, warehousing, Quality Teams and working towards a common production goal for our customers as part of the Supply Chain Department.
  • Working with suppliers & transport companies to ensure deliveries arrive on time.
  • Stock management ensuring a lean working capital at all times.
  • Support the regional and global procurement functions
Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or higher in a Business / Supply Chain related subject, with 2-3 years relevant experience ideally gained within in a Manufacturing or Production environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel (Pivot Tables) / Word / PowerPoint / Lotus Notes), and ideally SAP or similar ERP experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal with a variety of internal / external contacts
  • Ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
  • Must be a team player and also able to work off own initiative.
