Job Title: Valuer Manager
Job Location: West Bridgford
Salary: GBP25,000 Basic / GBP35,000- GBP40,000 OTE
Days / Hours: Monday - Friday / 1 in 3 Saturdays
Opportunity for a Manager Valuer at an established Estate Agent in West Bridgford. You will be driving the sales side of the business to the next level. This will suit somebody who has a real passion in business development. You will not be shy to go door knocking and do all the necessary marketing to achieve successful business growth.
The Manager Valuer's Responsibilities are:
- Undertake all market appraisals along with necessary mark ups?
- Conduct viewings?
- Prepare and agree marketing plans with Vendors?
- Regularly communicate with and Vendors to achieve their goals?
- Support and when required guide the sales team to ensure a high level of customer service?
- Promote and cross-sell the company services
- Generate new business opportunities
- Work with builders and developers to launch new home sites
