If yes, our clients, an independent leading and innovative modern thinking Estate Agency are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch-based just North of Nottingham city centre. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.
Duties included in the role of a Sales Negotiator:
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- Valuation generation
- Negotiating offers
- Accompanied Viewings
The successful candidate will have:
- Estate Agency or Sales experience
- Hard-working attitude
- Ambitious
- Career driven
- A Team Player, but with individual flair
- Good customer service skills
- Full UK Driver's License
- Knowledge of the Nottingham area
Salary/Package:
- Basic Salary GBP20,000
- GBP25,000 guarantee for the first 6 months
- OTE GBP30,000 (Uncapped)
- Five-day working week
- Ongoing training and support
