Project Manager/Scrum Master

My high profile banking client requires a Project Manager with Agile and Waterfall experience within Life and Pensions to work on a Legal and Regulatory European Lab, working with internal and external partners, and third party suppliers to deliver a diverse range of change initiatives from simple to complex, in an efficient, agile, and collaborative way.

Key requirements:

• An ability to be flexible and apply your many skills across multiple areas
• Evidence of engaging and influencing partners, anticipating, clarifying, and shaping project scope for the purpose of optimizing business results
• Prior experience working as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• Proven understanding of Life & Pensions
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies having used JIRA and Confluence as well as more traditional reporting tools
• Exposure to systems thinking, IT architecture and both waterfall and agile change delivery
• Calm under pressure
• Willingness to work with different cultures and dialects
• Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe (occasionally, as required): the frequency and length is dependent on the initiative (current travel restrictions mean this is not presently in place)
