The role

The role of the IT RPA Developer is to model and develop RPA solutions, using UiPath, as required by the Business, by delivering change in line with our IT roadmap and policies.

This will include:

Modelling and developing RPA solutions during the project development stage.
Provide guidance with process design.
Designing, testing and launching RPA solutions, ideally using UiPath Orchestrator
Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

The role will operate on a hybrid basis with 1 to 2 days spent in the office when required by the business, working from home otherwise.

Deliver all automations in accordance with the agreed quality and technical approach taken by the RPA team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Deliver all automations in accordance with the agreed design and development principles.
Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, with the right attitude, appropriate technical skills and training, take ownership and are proud of delivering excellence and quality.
Manage the development of solutions assigned to you from the portfolio of IT projects.

Skills & experience

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive to decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.
Strong organisational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
