We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with strong a sales and customer support background, to join 'Reward-It' the loyalty and gift card department of ID Card Centre, based in Moulton Park, Northampton.
At Reward-It we help businesses boost revenue and customer loyalty with scalable gift and loyalty solutions. Our systems have proven to be successful for independent stores to nationwide chains alike in boosting sales revenue. We also work with councils and consortiums to implement area specific loyalty schemes to help regenerate high streets and town centres.
Having just secured two large council projects for delivering county-wide loyalty schemes we are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist in the successful implementation and delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to work with an established company, with an exciting product portfolio and huge potential for growth.
There is scope for the position to grow into that of Account Manager within 6 months.
The Sales Support Administrator Role
You will be working closely with the Project Director to assist in the implementation and delivery of county-wide loyalty schemes on behalf of our clients at County and District councils.
Projects must be delivered to an agreed timeline against set KPIs.
Sales Support Administrator tasks will include:
* Communicating with merchants by phone and email to register them to the scheme and complete first stage online registration
* Supporting merchants with onboarding and any system queries
* Ongoing merchant support to ensure they are maximising the potential of the software, including offering system upgrades and extensions (commission payable on upgrades sold).
* Full training on our systems will be given.
In addition, when the business need arises, you will support the wider Sales Team in an administrative capacity:
* Processing orders for new and existing customers
* Preparing and following up quotes
* Maintaining CRM and Order Management systems
* Dealing with general customer queries by phone, email and web chat
Skills and Attributes Required:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
* HelpDesk experience and advantage
* Technical aptitude and keen to learn about new technologies and solutions
* Customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills
* Clear and persuasive communicator
* Ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivated, able to work under your own initiative
* Honest and trustworthy
* Organised & efficient with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
