We are assisting one of our Managed Service clients to grow their team in their Derby offices. This is an opportunity to join a friendly, well established and successful business who value the contribution made by each individual.

Job Summary:

You will inherit existing trading accounts and grow the account base through new business activity. The role is office based with some travel to clients and we would like candidates to have experience with some of the following technology areas - IT Managed Service, Networking, Security, Server/Virtualisation technologies.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Manage and develop your allocated accounts with the aim of increasing wallet share through upselling and cross-selling activities.

* Responsible for identifying and closing new business, focusing on Managed Services, Cloud, Networking, Security, Server/Virtualisation.

* lead sales engagement, new business presentations, proposal development through to order close.

* Generate a pipeline of opportunities capable of exceeding targets.

You will possess the following skills or experience:

* A demonstrable track record of building and delivering a successful sales pipeline

* Excellent communicator

* A highly motivated sales person

* Driving License
