*What you will do:*

As *Operational Lead*, you have significant experience in clinical and or laboratory operations in a translational science or clinical development environment. In the daily work, you will collaborate closely with Translational Scientists to enable the timely critical review of translational plans for project governance interactions. Working with TSEM leadership to ensure the appropriate deployment of resources are available to deliver the TSEM portfolio and co-ordination and organisation of on-time implementation and delivery of key TSEM activities and major collaborations is another important part of this role.

Another responsibility is to connect with relevant teams to ensure appropriate management of sample flow and translational data and work with project managers and information managers to maintain capacity and resource forecast systems across the department to ensure programs are supported. As well as work effectively with scientific leaders as well as the procurement teams to implement and execute translational study related statements of work aligned with the scientific strategy. You will be recognised as a specialist in clinical and translational operations, seen as point of reference for others and function as a key member of development teams, driving innovation across TSEM operations.
