A Local Authority in Kent is looking for an interim Estate Surveyor to manage a portfolio of land and buildings comprising mostly operational and some non-operational properties.
You will be dealing with Landlord and tenant events including lease renewals and dilapidation's.
We are looking for applications from experienced estate surveyors with working knowledge of public sector. You must have experience of managing a complex portfolio of properties. You should have an understanding of complex issues facing the public sector, with practical knowledge of procurement.
