Community Clinical Service Manager
An amazing Clinical Service Manager opportunity in Essex and the London area working from Home
You will need to be based around the Colchester area to be considered for this position.

This community-based role is in Essex and the London area. But you will be working from home most of the time!
Have to be Chemo Qualified!
Working in close partnership with a local hospital and NHS services, you will be working for a company that provide a catalogue of care services to patients nationwide focusing on IV therapy in the comfort of the patients' home.
What will your role involve:
Deliver clinical operational experience against KPIs and SLAs and maintain and improve clinical quality and monitor standards using data, audits, and reports
Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and raise awareness of healthcare at home services
You will lead and manage a clinical team
Discuss and resolve service delivery issues
Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to promote and raise awareness of healthcare at home services and identify/ support business development opportunities.
Key Requirements
Valid UK driving licence
Valid NMC pin
Previous Clinical Managerial experience
Chemo Qualified
