About Concept Care Solutions

Concept Care Solutions is a Good CQC rated care provider in the Hertfordshire area. We provide care & support to children aged 4 - 18 that may suffer from Autism, SEN & Learning Disabilities within their own homes.

Locations:

Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans, Borehamwood

Duties of a Child Support Worker:



  • Take the children out in to the community (park, swimming, zoo, theme parks)

  • Support with day to day activities - wake ups, breakfast, tea's, dinner bed times

  • Ensuring meals are eaten when needed (breakfast, dinner, snacks)

  • Understand how to deal with those with autism and build a relationship with them

  • Some clients may require personal care



    • What we look for:



  • Valid Driving licence & car (ESSENTIAL)

  • Flexible consistent availability Mon - Friday with Alternate weekends

  • Mon - Friday: 7am - 9am & 3pm - 7/8pm

  • Weekends: flexible

  • Previous experience desirable but not essential
