Sentri Group is currently working with the regional contract who are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to deliver a GBP4m new build supermarket in Bedfordshire.
You will be required to oversee a GBP4m new build Lidl supermarket in Luton, you will essentially be responsible for taking the project from pre-construction through to handover. As the project lead, you will be an all-around Senior Site Manager with the ability to produce short term programmes, be commercially astute and the ability to drive the project and push the programme.
They are IT-driven and are always looking for ways to improve the way they work. Experience and a pragmatic approach to the job are essential.
With the business adopting a free-thinking ethos the client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the scheme and to utilise their expertise in shaping the way the project is delivered. They will be receptive to your ideas, thoughts, and suggestions. In addition to being a strong communicator, written and verbal, you will build strong working relationships with senior managers, subordinates, sub-contractors, and external consultants.
Candidates must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certificates as well as have previously worked for medium developers and be able to manage a site team.
On offer for these roles is a salary of GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 p.a. and an excellent benefits package.
The client is seeking to appoint an individual who is proven within a Senior Site Manager role and has a track record of bespoke developments, coupled with a stable employment history gained working for recognised main contractors.
