Deputy Visitor Experience Manager

Curve Theatre

Full time, permanent, 39hrs per week

£23,500 p.a

Curve is a leading producing theatre, creating compelling cultural experiences for all those who live, learn and work in Leicester. Under the leadership of Chief Executive, Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has developed a reputation for producing, programming, and touring a bold and diverse programme of musicals, plays, new work and dance. All of this is presented alongside a dynamic mix of community engagement and learning opportunities, which firmly places audiences and communities at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a Deputy Visitor Experience Manager to join our Visitor Experience Team. If you are excited by the vision of our theatre and care passionately about providing customers and audiences with a first class visitor experience we would be very keen to hear from you. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Visitor Experience department ensuring all areas are staffed and resourced to a consistently high standard. This will also include undertaking Duty Management performance shifts when necessary. You will be passionate about delivering, and helping others deliver, exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and safe environment for all internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be a calm, efficient and reassuring presence for audiences and staff.

We provide full training, (including how we will operate within COVID secure regulations) to ensure all our visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience during their visit to Curve. However, we expect you to have experience within a customer-focused environment.

This role is offered as a permanent 39 hours per week role with a monthly rota. Successful candidates must be available weekday daytime for work as well as good availability for evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday work when performances or events are taking place.

We want to employ passionate, hard-working and dedicated individuals; if this is you, we want to hear from you. For further information and to apply for this role visit our website http://www.curveonline.co.uk/about-us/careers/.
