Lettings Manager

Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their expanding team in Burton upon Trent.

Ideally, our clients are looking for a Lettings Manager who has the following attributes:

• 3 years lettings experience - Lettings Manager experience would be ideal but not required
• ARLA qualified is ideal but not essential
• Mature and articulate
• Able to manage workload
• Outgoing and driven individual

Key tasks of a Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Listing and let properties
• Managing the Lettings side
• Going out and winning business
• Building relationships with Landlords
• Liasing between landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
• Alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:

• GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 basic
• GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 OTE
• Company car
