Our client based in Milford are looking for a Trade Counter/Order Processor to join their team. The hours likely 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. On-site parking available and full training provided.
* Taking and processing orders for hire and sales
* Stocking and maintaining shop items and keeping work environment clean and tidy
* Communicating with customers (shop, phone and by email)
* Supporting with deliveries when busy
* Training will be given to learn products to ensure consistent basic understanding of stock
* Role may be varied with other tasks dependant on business needs.
Person Specification
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* High regard to customer satisfaction.
* Ability to learn about new products and understanding the basics of them, and be aware of competitor information over time.
* Must possess good organisational skills and be able to plan and prioritise workloads.
* Attention to detail and accuracy is very important. A self-starter that will seek clarity when required and take responsibility.
* Have a good knowledge of IT systems.
* Must be a good team player or work well under own initiative.
* Accountable for results and driven to achieve.
* Work well under pressure
