Are you looking for a new Team Leader role in civils working with a nationwide contractor?
My client are a tier 1 contractor, working on behalf of a national telecoms provider. They have some excellent projects and a great opportunity for long term work within the telecoms sector for multiple team leaders for civil gangs.
This is a large company with an excellent culture and staff retainment based on brilliant management and excellent working benefits including up to 13% bonus paid quarterly. They have a large focus on training and enhancing skills, and great internal progression opportunities. As a company they are really ambitious with the aim of being the largest fibre installer in the UK. The successful applicant will also receive a company vehicle for work use.
The ideal person will be fully accredited with NRSWA, and have recent experience working in a civils position within the telecoms sector providing FTTH or FTTP as well as having recent experience as a team leader. The position is a permanent role due to the large scale of the company and will provide stability and security moving forward. is on-going with several years of work available.
You will be provided with the vehicle, machinery, equipment and fuel, all you need is to be an experienced civils team leader ready to work on their projects in Plymouth. Your main responsibilities will be, to clear blockages and complete maintenance digs on highways and footways in a safe and quality conscious manner, reporting to your supervisor who will be on site to help and advise.
Requirements:
