Care Quality and Compliance Manager
Location: Solihull Head Office, B91 3DA. Will require regular travel to our Homes in Manchester, London, Littlehampton and Devon
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week and you will be part of a second on call rota for Homes.
The Role We currently have a great opportunity for a Care Quality and Compliance Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting and rewarding position for those who would like to utilise their skills and experience from residential and/or nursing care services preferably in mental health. Proactively working with our Homes to support and improve quality and compliance in line with both company policy and CQC regulations.
You'll be providing proactive support to the Regional Manager and our five care homes by visiting the homes and conducting inspections to identify service and operational improvements, auditing, overseeing safe management practice and providing assistance and support to home managers.
Our ideal candidate? You'll demonstrate a good understanding of CQC requirements in a mental health residential and nursing setting to ensure we continue to improve and strive towards providing excellent quality care for our residents. Have a strong business acumen and be able to demonstrate examples of managing and leading organisational change, have a successful track record of empowering and supporting staff. You will be able to identify compliance issues, trouble shoot and implement improvements. Manage cost reviews, budgeting and support placements of new clients.
The ideal candidate will need to show a keen work-ethic and a drive for innovation and working in a fast-paced environment.
