BDS are currently recruiting for a sheltered Housing Scheme Manager in Southborough.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• Supported or retirement housing
• Liaising with external providers
• Assessing potential tenants
• Health and Safety checks of the building
You will provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident's daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information.
You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole and will need to deliver a constant high service at all times.
Contract: Temporary immediate start - potential to become permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week, ideally over 5 days but some flexibility
Hourly rate Paye rate GBP12.22 plus holiday pay
Umbrella rate GBP14.65 per hour
