As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle phone, internet and face to face interactions with customers. They manage client adjustments, claims, quotations, and process customer orders. They network with all groups and departments involved in customer orders, processing and support. This position is not for the faint hearted which is reflected in the salary for the right person. Its fast and demanding but very rewarding.

This family ran printing business is an amazing and supportive employer who will offer family friendly options for the right candidate. They offer excellent rates of pay for those who are specifically from a printing/labelling/packagaing background and can multi-task and work at a fast pace.

You will be office hours Mon-Fri 9-5 and be available to start straight away.

The company itself provide labels and carrier bags etc to the top leading 7 supermarkets and also support smaller local businesses with guidance on their businesses. They have 21 sites and are expanding into Ireland and Scotland.

We are looking for someone who can evidence great organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and has an understanding of the printing industry demands. Manufacturing/packing/printing background is essential.
