Are you a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager looking for a fresh and exciting challenge ?
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a global client on a new HR role based in Grimsby.
Reporting directly to the Senior HRD you will be responsible for the management of the UK HR strategy. Supporting the company to meet business objectives and providing HR solutions to meet business challenges.
You will need to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to implement company values and behaviours to transform the business into a High performing culture. You will develop and drive an effective talent management programme whilst also implementing a management development programme that focuses on succession and development.
You will be managing a team of HR Professionals and so previous management experience is key as is the need to coach and mentor them.
You will be responsible for implementing and updating company policies and procedures and at all times ensuring compliance across Employment Legislation.
Head of HR - About you
You must be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
A proven backgrounds as a Senior HR Manager, HRBP or Head of HR.
It is essential you have worked in manufacturing with complex shift patterns and a unionised environment.
You must have excellent UK employment Law knowledge and a record of aligning HR projects to Organisational culture.
