ACCOUNT / CUSTOMER MANAGER
The Role:
You will providing office based Account Management for a group of UK and international customers. You will deliver outstanding customer service and meet agreed financial targets.
You will need strong business acumen with a good understanding of business issues, experience of FMCG industry and the B2B sales environment.
Main responsibilities
- Deliver renewal revenue targets for assigned customers
- Support New Business Leads Process
- Develop a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads to generate new business opportunities
- Provide accurate forecasting, sales projection and pipeline management
- Provide Customer and Sales support
- Act as the key contact for customers and an expert on the companies proposition
- Responsible for customer relationships from the point of purchase through to ongoing engagement/retention
- Present the company services via online demos and face to face meetings
- Upsell and cross sell other company products/services which meet the customer needs
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Proven commercial track record with ability to meet agreed targets
- Genuine interest in FMCG industry
- Strong influencing, listening and presentation skills along with IT proficiency
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable
- Ability to translate data
