**This role is based in our Head Office in Liphook**

Join our Customer Service team at the largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world. Rocksteady have been delivering inspiring music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our fabulous HQ in Liphook.
The Role
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
Resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently
Deliver quality and passionate customer service through multiple channels
Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary
Inform new customers of the benefits of our music lessons
Navigate and record information accurately into our internal systems
Work within a fast paced performance measured environment
Carry out ad hoc duties and projects
Based in our large spacious HQ
Your training will include
A full induction training programme that will get you up and running in the job quickly
How to engage in good quality conversations with customers and resolve their queries effectively
How to work with the internal systems and record information accurately to provide excellent customer service
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional telephone manner
A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Passionate about helping our customers and your team
Organised with attention to detail
Being able to multi task and adapt in a role that requires you to reprioritise and demonstrate flexibility
Strong versatile IT skills
Experience with helpdesk software desired (We use Zendesk)
Strong time management skills
Consistent in your ability to demonstrate dexterity and speed
