G-Force Logistics Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Advisor to support the sales and production teams in the growth of the business based in Brackley, West Northamptonshire.
You will be working within a company who offer their customers fast and easy access to custom flexible packaging, with a mission to help small brands obtain big brand presence. They are technology driven and solution centred.

The successful applicant will be employed on a temporary basis for a period of 12 weeks with a view to obtaining a permanent position after that period of time.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the customers journey from point of order through to shipping
Working closely with the sales, pre-press, planner and production teams to ensure all customer visions and needs are met
Providing exceptional customer service
Assisting with customer growth
Supporting the community and local businesses
Supporting operations partners and vendors, delivering communication to managers and stakeholders on a daily basis
Meeting with customers over phone and in person
The successful candidate will have:
A friendly, proactive and efficient manner
Experience in maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all vendors, internal and external customers
Strong ability to manage working with cross-functional teams
The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management including senior management
Works proficiently in MS NAV (ERP), PowerBI, Google Suites (especially Sheets), and SalesForce
Excellent time management skills
Basic IT structure knowledge
