*Salary: * GBP23,000 plus target related bonus
*Key Purpose: *
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Schools Experience Specialist who will be working closely with our Sales and Operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with schools or significant relevant experience. They will develop positive relationships with existing Rocksteady schools, supporting them by helping key contacts understand all aspects of the service. They will proactively seek out issues and challenges and resolve them with suitable solutions. They will be passionate about music and the benefits it offers and support the growth of the business to inspire as many children as possible.
*What you'll be doing: *
* Proactively contact schools to organise and have conversations with Headteachers and other school leaders regarding their experience of Rocksteady.
* Seek, understand and solve complex school service issues and escalations using initiative and experience to ensure a great Rocksteady experience for schools.
* Work with other teams to implement long term solutions to help schools enjoy the Rocksteady program in their schools for longer.
* Engage in high quality conversations, confidently articulate the benefits of Rocksteady music lessons and uncover opportunities to reach more children through school networks.
* Accountable for school retention across your designated area.

* *Strong Communication Skills*
* A confident, concise and persuasive communicator who is able to build instant rapport, both verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders. Personable and approachable with fantastic questioning skills and the ability to tackle challenging conversations with determination and empathy.

* Highly organised and comfortable prioritising workload and managing time effectively to achieve key goals.
* *Resilience*
* Remains composed and calm under pressure and bounces back from challenges with a positive attitude.
* *Target Driven*
* Comfortable working in a sales environment and energised to achieve targets to meet personal, team and organisational goals.
* *Problem Solving*
* Ability to quickly process information, understand complex situations and use initiative and creative thinking to overcome problems.
