We have a fantastic opportunity for customer focused individuals with a can-do attitude to join our Retirement Village Specialist Housing Team at Rose Garden Village, Hereford. Working 16 hours per week each as part of a job share, you will be working to make a real difference in our resident’s lives, providing a tailored and individual service to concerns and queries.
Putting people first is key to this role, working with our residents, care partners and internal teams to resolve queries and provide thoughtful customer experiences for both our residents and members of the public, acting as the first point of contact for Rose Garden Village.
Working closely with the Village Manager you will provide administrative support in the day to day running of services and be responsible for cash floats, banking, and invoices. You will take minutes and ensure regular and up to date communications with both residents and care providers. You will work with both internal staff and external contractors on site and work in liaison with the onsite care provider where appropriate to maintain their records and service provision.
This role is perfect for people with a “Can-do” attitude, attention to detail and enjoy putting customer needs first.
We want somebody who:
- Can build relationships and channels of communication with our residents and provide a people oriented and tailored customer service, working alongside the wider team and support services.
- Has experience in setting up, administering systems, and improving processes with a working knowledge of Word and Excel. Flexible in your approach to meet the needs of the village.
- Works well as part of a team. Teamwork is key to what we do at Rose Garden, you will be supported by an amazing team and have the opportunity for training and personal development within your role.
A Basic DBS Check will be carried out prior to starting employment
