Risk and Assurance Assistant
Salary: £23,000 pro rata plus benefits
Hours: 29.6 per week
Contract: Permanent
Based: Barnstaple, North Devon
Managing over 3,300 properties in North Devon, we are a registered charity providing affordable homes for people to rent and buy with a commercial development subsidiary which has ambitious targets for growth. Supporting the Head of Governance, Risk and Assurance you will take a lead role in supporting the delivery of key meetings and follow up actions through your excellent administration skills.
You will assist with Board, Committee and Regulatory reporting by gathering and collating data and information and you will help to ensure that key documents are up to date.
Furthermore, you will assist with data protection administration and requests for information and support the implementation of good practice and continuous improvement of systems and processes throughout the business.
We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail with strong MS Office skills, who is experienced in gathering, collating and providing information to different stakeholders.
You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in communicating with colleagues and external partners at all levels and in a range of formats.
