HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited is a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market segments such as Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering.

We are looking to expand our team with skilled and enthusiastic individuals to deliver a tunnelling project in the beautiful region of Snowdonia. Our work will significantly enhance the visual impact of the area, burying a network of overhead cables and removing a number of pylons to restore and protect the natural beauty, wildlife and environmental heritage of this precious landscape.

The project requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will work as part of an integrated team focusing on commercial activities such as monthly reporting, valuations, variations, subcontract documents, risk, opportunity and forecasting.

You will be qualified or working towards degree level or equivalent in quantity surveying with a willingness to learn and undertake self development. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a commercially focused environment and understand the importance of working in a timely and accurate manner.
