We are currently hiring for an administrator to join us at People Group and provide office support to the Recruitment team. This requirement is vital for the smooth running of our team and are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is happy to support all areas of the business.

The key responsibilities will include:

* Providing support to a senior member of staff but not limited to diary management, timesheets or expenses.

* Producing agendas/minutes/documents/reports

* Organising meetings

* Liaising with the team and with external contacts

* Ad-hoc admin tasks

The successful candidate should be an organised individual with a good eye for detail, ideally with previous administrative experience but not necessary, good data entry skills and knowledge of MS package. Previous experience of working within a recruitment team will be an advantage
