Fast & Fresh Restaurants Ltd are the Development Agents for Subway?? in the North West and operate 11 Subway stores in the region.
We are recruiting a Store Manager for our Subway?? store in Prescot Road, St Helens, offering a competitive salary and great development opportunities.

The Purpose of the role
To support day to day store operations, analyse financial performance and ensure customer satisfaction

Adherence to all Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines
Labour scheduling
Maintaining hygiene standards
Monitor store equipment
Use of POS system as a reporting tool
High level Customer service/complaint resolution
Financial
Manage store profit and loss, monitor budgets and KPI targets
Weekly stock-take/inventory, account for discrepancies
Weekly payroll/staff paperwork
Cash handling, banking
Ordering of stock
Person Specification
Fully flexible
High energy level and enthusiasm
Effective communication skills

Detail and results oriented
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Driving licence/own transport preferred
