Training Administrator / Coordinator - 8 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are working exclusively on an extremely exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join an industry leading company during the implementation and post implementation stages of SAP S/4HANA. Our client is a forward thinking and inspiring company to work for where investment in their people's skills and knowledge is integral to their success.

Reporting to the Training Manager you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the training team on this project. Liaising with site managers, trainers and project team members, you well help organise and schedule the national training rollout for the SAP implementation. You will help prepare the schedule of training activities, ensuring a smooth, efficient and effective training rollout for managers/colleagues.

You will record and manage accurate data in the Learning Management System and Excel databases and collate training feedback on the training activities. You will respond to queries from line managers and employees about the training programme, via phone and email.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Administering and coordinating the training programme, including sending out joining instructions and co-ordinating the return of evaluations

* Maintaining and updating training records in the company Learning Management System

* Producing and maintaining training and development metrics as required e.g training hours, feedback and assessment scores

* Support the training logistics such as organising training rooms, hire cars, laptops, accommodation etc

* Responding to emails or phone calls with queries about the training programme

* Any other administration or co-ordination support as required

As such we would like you to have/be:

* Previous administration and coordination experience, ideally from an events, PA or training background

* Strong Microsoft package skills, ideally with intermediate working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages

* Knowledge of and prior experience with data management

* Good general standard of education with strong emphasis on numeracy and literacy

* Attention to detail and speed of thought to deliver quality within given timescales

* Proven ability and agility to manage a number of different tasks at any one time

* A skilled verbal and written communicator with experience of interacting with a variety of stakeholders

* Extremely organised and approachable

* Self-starter, able to work on own initiative; proactive and autonomous, motivated by achievement
