Our client is looking for a Product Administrator to work from home.

The Product Administrator duties include
- Creation and modification of course material
- Analyse key factors of media to develop enriched media to aid in the delivery of content to varied demographics including apprentices
- Identification and monitoring of document version control to support Learning Services and Product Team with delivering the latest and greatest content
- Identification of potential improvements and compliance checks

The ideal Product Administrator will need to be
- Methodical but adaptable in your approach
- Process orientated
- Ideally have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate a level of knowledge of Customer Service to support with delivery of exceptional material
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and make informed decisions on priorities
- Proactive problem solver by identifying problems and generating solutions
- Confident in communication with various organisational stakeholders

The Product Administrator will work from home but will be required to attend monthly meetings at the offices in Wyboston, Bedfordshire.

The Product Administrator role is full time, 40 hours per week. Salary between GBP18,000 and GBP20,000.
